By completing a booking or attending Amaly Al-Bariya, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with the event organizers’ instructions.
1. General Terms & Conditions
- Compliance with Laws and Public Conduct: All participants must respect Saudi Arabian laws, public etiquette, and community values throughout the experience.
- Cleanliness and Environmental Protection: Participants must keep the camp and its facilities clean and dispose of waste in designated areas. Leaving plastic waste or other harmful materials is prohibited.
- Fire Safety: Lighting charcoal or fires is strictly prohibited except in designated areas and with the organizers’ approval.
- Prohibited Substances: Possession or use of illegal drugs, alcohol, or other legally prohibited substances is strictly forbidden. The organizers reserve the right to remove violators without a ticket refund and take any necessary action in accordance with applicable laws.
- Respectful /strong> Verbal or physical abuse, harassment, intimidation, or any behavior that threatens the safety or comfort of others is prohibited. The organizers reserve the right to remove violators without a ticket refund, subject to applicable laws.
- Appropriate Attire: Participants must wear modest clothing suitable for public spaces and outdoor activities.
- Inappropriate Conduct: Intimate or otherwise inappropriate behavior is prohibited during the experience.
- Political and Religious Content: Clothing displaying political or religious slogans or statements likely to cause disputes is prohibited, as is any conduct that may provoke conflict or disrupt the experience.
- Noise and Disturbances: Participants must respect others’ comfort. Excessive noise, loud music, or disruptive behavior that affects other guests or violates the organizers’ instructions is prohibited.
- Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizers are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged items except to the extent required by applicable law.
2. Age Requirements, Activities & Safety
- Amaly Al-Bariya is open to individuals, families, and women. The full advertised ticket price applies to all ages, and no child discounts are available.
- Dune Bashing: Children under 11 years of age are not permitted to participate in dune-bashing activities for safety reasons.
- Horse Riding: Children aged 6–11 may participate in horse riding under the responsibility and supervision of their guardians, subject to the activity’s safety instructions.
- The organizers reserve the right to restrict any participant, particularly children, from activities deemed unsuitable for their age, size, abilities, or safety.
- Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by supervisors for dune bashing, horse riding, camel riding, shooting, and all other activities.
- Participants must understand the potential risks associated with outdoor activities and inform supervisors of any circumstances that may affect their safety or the safety of others. This provision does not exempt the organizers from their legal responsibilities.
- The organizers may suspend or restrict any activity when necessary for safety reasons, without prejudice to participants’ rights under applicable laws.
3. Privacy & Photography Policy
- Photography of the event, activities, and venue is permitted, provided that participants’ privacy is respected.
- Photographing, recording, or publishing identifiable images or videos of other participants without their permission is prohibited.
- Using another person’s image or video in a manner that violates their privacy or causes harm is prohibited.
- The organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action, including removing any participant who violates this policy, in accordance with applicable laws.
4. Bookings & Additional Guests
- All bookings must be completed and paid for through Amaly’s official website.
- Participants may bring additional guests, provided that each guest has booked and paid for a ticket in advance through the website and availability permits.
- The person making the booking is responsible for informing their guests of the event schedule, terms, and instructions. Each participant remains individually responsible for complying with these requirements.
- Participants must ensure that their booking details are accurate and present their booking confirmation when requested.
- Booking a ticket does not guarantee participation in every individual activity if safety requirements, capacity limits, or operational circumstances require restrictions.
5. Schedule, Transportation & Punctuality
- Participants must arrive at the meeting point and departure time specified in their booking details and official communications from Amaly.
- The organizers reserve the right to depart at the scheduled time without waiting for late arrivals.
- If a participant misses the bus or designated transportation, they are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation to the camp. No refund is provided solely because of lateness or a missed departure, subject to applicable laws and policies.
- Transportation is available according to the options stated at booking and may incur additional charges.
- Participants arriving in private vehicles are responsible for reaching the camp on time and following the designated entry times, parking arrangements, and venue instructions.
- Participants must follow the organizers’ instructions regarding meeting points, departure, return transportation, and leaving the venue.
6. Program & Activities
- The experience includes the activities and services specified in the product description at the time of booking, according to the selected package.
- The order or timing of activities, or certain program details, may change due to weather conditions, safety requirements, operational needs, or other organizational circumstances.
- An activity may be replaced, suspended, or cancelled if it cannot be delivered or becomes unsafe. Participants’ rights under applicable laws and published policies will be respected.
- Changes to the order or timing of activities do not necessarily constitute cancellation of the entire experience, provided the main advertised experience is delivered, subject to participants’ legal rights.
7. Booking Amendments, Postponements & Refunds
- Booking Amendments and Exchanges: Booking changes or ticket exchanges are not permitted less than 24 hours before the scheduled start of the experience.
- Postponements: Postponement requests are permitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled experience. Postponed tickets must be used within a maximum of two weeks, subject to availability and booking arrangements.
- Refunds: Refund requests are permitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled experience. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- No-Show Policy: If a participant fails to attend without completing an eligible cancellation or postponement request under this policy, the full ticket price will be charged.
- Cancellation by Amaly: If the organizers cancel the experience, the full amount paid for the cancelled booking will be refunded.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: If the experience cannot proceed due to weather conditions, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond the organizers’ control, participants will be contacted and offered the available options, including postponement or a full refund, as applicable and in accordance with applicable laws.
- All amendment, postponement, and refund requests must be submitted through Amaly’s official communication channels. Booking details may be required to verify the request.
8. Final Provisions
- All participants must follow the instructions of the organizers and supervisors throughout the experience.
- The organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action against participants who violate these terms, threaten others’ safety, or disrupt the program. Any action taken will be proportionate to the violation and consistent with applicable laws.
- Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or obligations established under the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
